commit what you can,
commit if you know for sure
well jus for a sake of doing dont commit anything, it not only gives a wrong impression abt you but also give unwanted necessity.
people would have plans based on our commitment, all the plans wud go waste once we fail to do wat we commit.
i understand not always we could keep up with our commitmt, but least thing is shud keep them updated on this.

Help
Help,
you can only do when you can?but to help others itself is a gift, not all persons can do it.
to what level can we stretch ourselves to help others is does matter, never mind the returns
infact the returns shouldnt be thought at all, otherwise the purpose doesnt get served.
No returns, not even you can demand God jus because you done some good.
it no deal-deal matter, but the willingness to serve.
be it anything, money, physical help, moral support, prayers, anything and everything we intend
it only our intention to serve others does matter.
these days organ donation is getting popular, what a courage to do it, the role model may be anyone, it need be publicized but the greatest intention. It is the greatest thing, no one can repay it.
Money is just a piece of paper as i always say, which doesnt have any emotions. by giving money with a intention to help doesnt make, afterall with only that money we are not going to be millionaires.
I always pity people who are so stingy, they are still to find the happiness of helping others.,
I m still forcing myself to change so that i can be like as i above said.

Hard Work Vs Smart Work
Hard work always pays says the old proverb,
but smart work is new concept, using logical thinking we tend to bend to new ways to get the work done efficiently.
but does smart work itself is enough that people can ignore the hard work, i think the new generation graduates and managers are confused with them both.
Hard work is the base of all work done, without base no structure can be raised, so the lets keep the base strong.
