Slow Motion Therapy

Well in this busy world of impatience we tend to miss out the best of life , the best of life will include some best moments to cherish too ,impatience and restlessness result in various failures. we dont consciously work on things and our mind get wandering on something. our subconscious mind think of something irrelevant and out focussed.

In order to get our subconscious mind and active mind together, i refer something called "slowmotion therapy" what is this slow motion therapy, well its a simple way of making our mind and body focussed on things we do.

i have not heard anything on this topic in particular which made me to initiate this and try. How to do this therapy?, its simple jus do what ever you are doing currently "slowly to absolute slowly", chk how long can u keep doing it on different works , like taking things @ your reach, walking slowly, nodding, washing your face, even reading too., everything you feel you can do slowly.

This model doesnt require any special training its as simple as that do things slowly and make your senses focus on wat you do, when you are doing things slowly very consciously you are making your subconscious mind syncing with your active mind.

when we do things slowly we are relaxing more since the subconscious mind is taking over the active mind and both our minds share the thinking process we undertake, so it relaxes the whole of things.

keep trying and suggest to your friends too, lets see if it gives some relax like wat i got.
